Allyson provides keen insight on the differences between masculine and feminine energy and how each affects work, productivity and success differently. Simply put, masculine energy revolves around hustle and grind; the approach of “doing,” while feminine energy revolves around ease and flow; the approach of “being.” Both are needed to tap into achievement and fulfillment.
She addresses the reasons why robotic affirmation and gratitude exercises don’t work at times - it’s because they’re used as weapons of manipulation instead of tools of success. Allyson shares practical ways to build up momentum of genuine gratitude, and the “stupid simple” framework for pleasure, play and flirting with your work.
