Episode 116: Michael Price - CEO of Michael J Price Ventures, President of C-Suite for Christ, & Vice-President of Business Development at Orion Groups

This week’s Real Talk episode is one of the most powerful and vulnerable conversations I’ve had.

I sat down with Michael Price, an executive leader, man of deep faith, husband of 26 years, and President of the C-Suite for Christ (Charlotte Market). Michael has walked through the fire, surviving two heart attacks, a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, and the crushing weight of anxiety and depression. And yet, he rose.

Michael didn’t let those experiences define him.
He owned them, and used them as fuel to rise.

Together, Michael and I dive deep into what it really takes to succeed without losing yourself. Exploring the myths of hustle culture, the hidden cost of compartmentalizing personal and professional life, and the power of building a purpose-driven career that doesn’t sacrifice your well-being.

We also talk about:
💥 Why your calendar should reflect your values
🧠 Mental health in executive leadership
🛑 How to stop hiding in your work
🙏 And what it takes to truly lead without losing yourself

This conversation left me inspired, grounded, and more committed than ever to helping leaders soar without burning out.

And if something in this episode speaks to you, hit reply or leave a review. I’d love to hear what resonated most.

With grace and grit,
Grace Redman

P.S. Michael’s reminder that “nobody gets a hall pass” hit me hard. We don’t get to bypass our health, our families, or how we lead. We either own it…or it owns us.
