Everyone has a story. Let me share mine with you:
Ever since I was a teen, I’ve been fascinated with self-development and success. I’ve read and studied all I could to quench my thirst for knowledge about these topics. Over this time, I learned a tremendous amount studying greats such as Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Esther Hicks, Wayne Dyer and many other amazing new thought leaders. I gained an even deeper knowledge and spiritual insight when I obtained my life coaching certifications.
Little did I realize that while I was studying, I would experience my own major life transformations. I can only describe them as magic. I increased my confidence, improved my relationships, reduced my anxiety and stress by the bucket load and now enjoy a sense of calm and peace. It was unbelievable for me to comprehend doing this so I just call it magic. These achievements ignited my passion to help others create the life they have been dreaming of, one they only thought possible for others.
My one big light bulb moment came while I was listening to my favorite success coach on the radio. As l listened, another voice came to me, that of a dear friend urging and inspiring me to do what I loved. I felt everything just come together, in an electric way and all at the right time. It was more magic! I just knew I had to listen to that nagging feeling in my gut and take my love of being the go-to person for family and friends to the next level. It was time to take action and make a difference in a profound way. And Grace Redman, Dare to Achieve was born.
Earlier I said everyone has a story but everyone has a WHY too. My why comes from a deep place of faith, love and passion for life. I have faced my own adversities and dark days but I have continued to rise out of the ashes, stronger, wiser and more confident each time. I am committed to teaching others to do the same – to release their fear, doubt and self-sabotaging ways and to create the life that they have been dreaming of. Let me tell you, I’ve spent time down those dark roads and although I understand it served its purpose, I know nothing feels more amazing than living a life of peace, joy and abundance!
Aside from Dare to Achieve, I am very blessed and grateful to own and manage one of the most successful employment agencies in the S.F. Bay Area for the past 20 years. One of my greatest professional accomplishments is that the business continues to thrive after battling through two of this country’s worst recessions.
Spending time with my family, friends and in my community is at the heart of where I am today. I love my amazing community of San Mateo, cheering at my boys’ games, kick ass workouts, Bikram yoga, sunny days where I can roll down the windows and blast Biggie, studying, having fun, laughing, making others laugh, synchronicities, and connecting at that deep magical level.
